Who started the company/ company history/background?
Andrew Favorite, a lifetime resident of Eagle River, grew up learning the trade of construction. In 2009, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. After spending one year working as a CAD technician, Favorite returned to the field to establish Lakefront Building & Design, LLC in 2010. Today Andrew and his wife, Ashley, operate the construction company together, along with their dedicated employees. The company has grown from completing small repair and home maintenance jobs to providing general contracting services for custom homes as well as remodeling projects.
Why was the company started?
Our company mission is to provide our clients with a high-quality building experience through clear communication and best construction practices. We strive to be a choice homebuilder in the Northwoods without compromising our core values of safety, integrity, teamwork, transparency, professionalism, accountability and service.
What services/products does the company offer?
Lakefront Building & Design is a small design/build company, providing residential construction services such as: new home construction, remodeling, home repairs, water damage restoration and garage/out building construction.
What sets your company apart from the competition?
We are unique to other general contractors in the area in that we are able to offer full design/build services of custom homes similar to the large-scale companies in our area. We have a passion for building unique homes with character, and we enjoy working with clients who are looking for something that stands out in the Northwoods and fits their lifestyle. We participate in continuing education opportunities to improve our construction practices and provide energy efficient solutions for our clients.
