JC Builders was established in 1980 by owners Jim and Carolyn Gabay. They have been building custom homes in the Phillips area for over 30 years. In 2010 their son Nicholas joined the business as a partner. He brings a Construction Management degree from UW-Stout, and 8 years of Residential homebuilding experience as a Project Manager in the Twin Cities area.

In addition to custom home building, they also specialize in home remodeling, pole buildings, garages, additions and many other construction projects. JC Builders utilizes the resources in the Northwoods area for their building needs as much as possible to help support the local businesses. They work hard to deliver the end product in a cost efficient and timely manner, while still providing a quality, innovative, custom product.
