Schultz Building is a family owned and operated business that was started in 1978. Tom Schultz started the business as a general contractor. Through the years the business has developed into a design build Construction Company. Though we specialize in custom homes, we are well equipped to handle any construction project including remodeling and additions. We use CAD software to develop our plans in house so that clients can work with us from the idea phase through the completion of the project.
